Dr PatonDr. Paton, Dr. Mercado and Dr. Tang have completed Postgraduate degrees in Periodontics and are actively involved in the clinical, research and academic fields of periodontics. They are members of numerous dental organisations and participate and lecture in continuing education programmes.

Introducing Catherine Nip

BDS(Dist) (Otago), MDSc(Perio)(WA), FRACDS(Perio)

Catherine completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgeon with Distinction in 2003 at the University of Otago, New Zealand. She has worked in both public and private sectors in Australia and completed her specialist training in Periodontics at the University of Western Australia. She has joined the Specialist dental center for one year now and is also involved in clinical teaching for the Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Sydney. She enjoys management of periodontal diseases as well as adjunctive periodontal treatment for orthodontic and restorative patients.

Our practices feature spacious and comfortable treatment rooms designed and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for periodontal and dental implant work.

We have sterilising rooms that subscribe to the highest standards in sterilisation and cross infection control procedures. All instruments are autoclaved after each patient and disposable items are used wherever possible. We abide by the strictest crossinfection control at all times.
